We'll give you all the training, cutting-edge technologies, and the continuing support you'll need to succeed.What You Will Do in This RoleIn everything we do, we believe in doing right by and for people: our clients, their customers, our people, our community, and our planet.As a Customer Service Sales Representative on our team, you will:Mainly handle inbound activity (calls, emails, chat, tasks) of customer post-sales requestsFast and effective reply to inbound queriesMake outbound calls when necessary to solve issues with customers and different internal business unitsCreate quotes and follow up with cross-selling/up-selling with a proactive and service attitudeEnsure personal knowledge of the Store portfolio and post-sales processes are maintainedInitiate and manage customer post-sales related tasks, covering order cancellations, claims management, order and delivery follow-up, refund requests, and escalations using multiple tools, such as CRM and Order Status Suite with a high-quality, efficient, and customer-centric approachYour QualificationsWe embrace our game-changers with open arms, people from diverse backgrounds who are curious and willing to learn.
