Plans, supervises, reviews and authorises annual financial budgeting and forecasting procedures for all functions. Deals with optimisation processes for Finance. Prepares overall performance reports and ensures that the organisation provides analysis and insights on strategic business dimensions. Is the guarantor of the level of achievement of the defined objectives. Ensures the integrity and accuracy of reporting and that financial reports are consistent with regulatory and accounting policies. Supports new acquisitions or strategic partnerships.

Quali saranno le tue attività e responsabilità? Avere l'ownership del processo di budget e forecasting, coordinando l'implementazione e il miglioramento dei processi di pianificazione finanziaria.Preparare report periodici e collaborare con i responsabili dei dipartimenti nella raccolta e analisi delle variazioni dei dati finanziari.Monitorare le performance aziendali (KPI), confrontandole con i budget e i forecast per identificare deviazioni significative e segnalare le problematiche ai principali stakeholder aziendali.Partecipare alla formulazione di piani finanziari annuali e pluriennali, assicurando l'allineamento con gli obiettivi strategici dell'azienda.Qualifiche e competenze richieste: Laurea in Economia o titolo equivalente.Comprovata esperienza (dai 7 ai 10 anni ideale) nel ruolo Finance Business Partner.Forti competenze nella modellazione finanziaria, tecniche di previsione e gestione dei budget.Ottima conoscenza di software finanziari, inclusi Power BI (mandatori) e sistemi avanzati di pianificazione finanziaria.Mentalità analitica avanzata, con capacità di interpretare dati finanziari complessi e di individuare tendenze rilevanti.Eccellenti capacità comunicative e relazionali, con competenza nel rendere accessibili i dati finanziari anche a interlocutori non specialisti.Precisione, attenzione ai dettagli e capacità di lavorare efficacemente sotto pressione per rispettare scadenze multiple.Cosa cerchiamo nelle nostre persone?
