To learn more, visit www.sealedair.com.The Senior Manager for Fluids and Medical defines and implements a strategic plan to grow short and long-term SEE market share in the Fluids Medical area with specific initiatives and a customer-centric approach.
Reporting to the Executive Director Strategic Marketing, the candidate will identify customers' pain points in the value chain to win end-user preference, and provide strategic recommendations to deploy packaging solutions in the Fluids and Medical film business leveraging current and future SEE portfolio.Why should you apply?You will develop and implement EMEA Food business strategy in Fluids Medical by:Researching and assessing the market, identifying opportunities through industry trends, technology development, VOC engagements, competitive landscape, and sustainability regulatory dynamics.Ensuring to have the right solutions in the portfolio roadmap to match and anticipate customer needs.You will lead marketing activities in Fluids Medical packaging space by:Developing concrete business cases to build compelling customer value propositions, and by supporting a product portfolio strategy in terms of pricing, positioning, services, and channels.Collaborating closely with EMEA regional portfolio, sales and marcom teams to drive the commercialization tactics and growth for existing and new products.Engaging with the industry and our customers, providing in-depth Foodservice marketing expertise to create the right capabilities and connect with the right partners.You will drive regional marketing engagement in the Fluids Medical space by:Co-operating with marketing enablement manager, sales operations and content teams to develop and roll-out campaign sales tools, landing pages, presentations, and brochures to promote SEE presence in Fluids Medical business.Acting as the knowledge center and a pioneer of the business segments.
Qualifying and prioritizing leads and driving the follow-up process between Marketing Team, Sales and MarCom.Developing and maximizing strategic partnership relationships with our existing and new partners for common growth.QualificationsItaly basedFluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written10+ years' experience in the packaging industry and Marketing Background strongly preferred.Experience in Project Management is an advantageAbility to liaise, influence and coordinate across functions and countries.Market knowledge and analysis to identify future market trends and customer needs.Creativity to develop market strategies, with the drive to develop and introduce these new systems into the marketplace.Ownership and initiative in everything you do with limited supervision and thrive working as part of cross-functional teams.Good communication skills combined with willingness to embrace ideas from outside regions and companies.Requisition id: 48469Relocation: NoSealed Air is committed to attracting, selecting, and developing talent that reflects the diversity of the communities and customers we serve.
