About the Role

Tevapharm is seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team in Europe.

As a key member of our commercial development team, you will be responsible for defining customer and market strategies, managing commercial business, and scouting the market for new customers to achieve expected sales performance.

You will also focus on pipeline seedings with existing customers and receivables management in allocated geographies.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in B2B Pharma API sales in Europe, with a strong background in customer relationship management and a proven track record of driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customer and market strategies to drive sales growth and expansion.
  • Manage commercial business relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless commercial execution.
  • Travel internationally up to 50% to support business development efforts.
