Job Opportunity

As a Commercial Director Europe at Teva Pharmaceuticals, you will be responsible for defining customer and market strategies, managing commercial business, and scouting the market for new customers to achieve expected sales performance. You will focus on pipeline seedings with existing customers and receivables management in allocated geographies. This role requires strong negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and relationship management skills. You will work closely with the Business Analyst to map the market and identify new growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in B2B Pharma API sales in Europe, with experience in the US market being an advantage. A pertinent professional education, such as an Undergrad/Master of Science in Chemistry or related technical background, and an MBA are also required. The role involves regular travel to ensure top-of-mind awareness about Teva Pharmaceuticals by customers and ensure familiarity with Teva Pharmaceuticals' product basket. You will be available as a point of contact for customers whenever needed for any project and facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure optimal customer support. Key Responsibilities

  • Define customer and market strategies to achieve expected sales performance.
  • Manage commercial business and scout the market for new customers.
  • Focus on pipeline seedings with existing customers and receivables management in allocated geographies.
  • Work closely with the Business Analyst to map the market and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ensure top-of-mind awareness about Teva Pharmaceuticals by customers and ensure familiarity with Teva Pharmaceuticals' product basket.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure optimal customer support.


Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in B2B Pharma API sales in Europe.
  • Experience in the US market is an advantage.
  • Pertinent professional education, such as an Undergrad/Master of Science in Chemistry or related technical background, and an MBA.
  • Strong negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally up to 50%.
