We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director for Telematics Services to join our team. The successful candidate will drive our sales initiatives and expand our market presence in Italy and Europe.
Key Responsibilities: Market Analysis and Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to analyze different markets and competitors.
- Define and implement sales strategies for various market segments and countries.
Sales Execution and Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and prospects.
- Provide high levels of service and focus on relationship-building.
- Guide clients in selecting the most suitable solutions and support them through implementation.
Product and Service Promotion:
- Distinguish and highlight the strengths of our products and services.
- Work with the Communication Manager to define communication strategies and promotional tools.
Sales Targets and Performance Analysis:
- Set and achieve sales targets as defined by the company.
- Analyze sales results throughout the year and propose corrective actions when necessary.
Negotiation and Deal Closure:
- Exhibit strong negotiation skills and excel in closing deals.
Team Coordination and Leadership:
- Coordinate internal sales team resources.
- Motivate and manage the sales team to achieve objectives.
