Read all the details below and if it sounds like you, consider joining the team.About the Role:To continuously support Europe's growth lab strategy, the European Communications Team is dedicated to developing and delivering integrated, globally consistent and customer centric communication strategies and programs to enhance and differentiate the Boston Scientific brand, products, services and solutions in the EMEA market.The team member will be assisting the Marketing&Communication principals and manager in coordinating existing collaterals as well as supporting with deliverables for product and program launches, major communication campaigns and events/tradeshows.Your Responsibilities will include:Partner with marketing and business development teams to coordinate and administer multiple projectsCollaborate with agencies on projects to create, re-brand and/or update and/or translate marketing collaterals for EuropeCollaborate with agencies and in-country-reviewers to localize marketing collateralsMaintain project status trackerRequest quotes, gain approvals and update budget trackingCollaborate with Integrated Marketing&Communication teams and other stakeholders on new ideasCoordinate and track Promotional, Educational, Sales Support and Training (PSST) materials approval processMaintain communications databases and applications with latest collateral and send out communications to update the fieldUpdate products catalogsOther duties may be assignedWhat are we looking for in you?Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Marketing or Communication studiesStrong written and verbal English communication skillsPrevious experience in marketing/communication is a plusAbility to multi-task and prioritizeStrong follow-through and detail-orientedProficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Outlook)InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop is a plusAvailable to sign an Internship agreement (6 + 6 months)What we can offer to you:Paid internshipWorking in an international environmentAttractive benefits packageInspirational colleagues & culturePossibility to make an impactFast growing and innovative environmentA team-oriented company cultureInternational opportunitiesSounds like you?
