Context
Based in Milan, the Intern in Marketing and Communication will help promote the bank's brand and expertise. The local Marketing and Communication Manager needs help in managing media, campaigns and events plan. You will also prepare analyses and promotional materials, and support the Italian sales team.
The Italian branch of DPAM is looking for their future talented trainee as of September 2024 for a minimum of 6 months.
Your Position
Marketing:
- Coordinate and manage logistics for local events ;
- Translate Italian marketing materials ;
- Develop and adapt marketing materials for distributors and clients ;
- Analyze communication and marketing campaign data.
Communication:
- Manage daily local PR inquiries ;
- Communicate with local suppliers and ensure quality for external communications ;
- Translate and adapt content for local media and client needs.
Other:
- Assist with daily administrative tasks
- Update Italian sales presentations
- Support the Sales team with client inquiries.
- Manage and update the company's database and CRM system.

Your Profile
- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or Digital Media.
- You are fluent in Italian and English. An intermediate level in a third language is a plus.
- You are eager to learn along with professional drive.

- You are results-driven and you pay close attention to deadlines.
- You are proficient in MS Office.
