Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing & Communication Manager to join our team at Antal International Network. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our brand and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy: Assist the Group Marketing Director in defining the new strategy and positioning of the Hotel, including market research and competitor analysis.
  • Budget Management: Manage the Hotel Budget regarding Marketing activities/initiatives, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Content Creation: Update and manage the website and platforms with new content, photos, videos, and promotions, as well as coordinate content development and editorial plan for Hotel's social channels.
  • Social Media: Coordinate strategic activities for sponsored social media campaigns, including social media analytics and reporting.
  • Local Press: Manage local press relationships, publishing hotel events, and sharing initiatives/press releases.
  • Event Planning: Create an in-house calendar of events and enhance Marketing & Communication opportunities with Luxury Travel Networks.
  • Communication Plan: Define the communication plan and calendar of events for the F&B outlets.
  • PR and Influencer Relations: Develop, in collaboration with the PR Director, a customized program for national and international journalists, influencers, correspondents, and local press.
  • Relationship Management: Support the Hotel General Manager in managing relationships with local institutions/organizations to which the Hotel is linked.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven working experience in Marketing & Communication (at least 3/4 years).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Skills: Excellent writing and communication skills, leadership and team player, social networking experience, online marketing knowledge, and fluency in both Italian and English.
