It Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled IT Operations Specialist to join our Global IT Operations Team.
This role is responsible for managing and maintaining the company's mission-critical data center infrastructure, ensuring uninterrupted operations and business continuity.
As a member of the Global IT Operations Team, you will play a vital role in keeping our data centers running smoothly and efficiently.
You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including: ? Managing the infrastructures relating to the company Data Centers, supporting the current team in the ordinary and extraordinary management of the systems; ? Administration of IT environments: o Vmware o Microsoft and Linux operating systems o Active Directory Domain o Citrix and Netscaler infrastructure o Backup and monitoring system ? Ensuring appropriate troubleshooting of problems and their management through third-party vendors; ? Supporting the Service Manager in monitoring supplier activities and taking corrective action if necessary with a view to continuous service improvement; ? Planning the maintenance and monitoring of the systems to ensure proper functioning; ? Implementing new infrastructure projects to modernise and improve systems ? Collaborating in the implementation and infrastructural qualification activities for changes and/or new projects.
Requirements: Education: Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience, ideally in multinational companies.
Core Skills: o Reliability and flexibility.
o Strong aptitude for teamwork.
o Excellent proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Technical Expertise: o Experience with Containers and Kubernetes.
o Knowledge of Database management.
o Familiarity with Dev Ops methodologies.
o Understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
