It Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled IT Operations Specialist to join our Global IT Operations Team.This role is responsible for managing and maintaining the company's mission-critical datacenter infrastructure, ensuring uninterrupted operations and business continuity.As a member of the Global IT Operations Team, you will play a vital role in keeping our datacenters running smoothly and efficiently.
You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks,including:
? Managing the infrastructures relating to the company Data Centers, supportingthe current team in the ordinary and extraordinary management of the systems;
? Administrationof IT environments:
o Vmwareo Microsoft and Linux operating systemso Active Directory Domaino Citrix and Netscaler infrastructureo Backup and monitoring system? Ensuring appropriate troubleshooting of problems and their managementthrough third-party vendors;
? Supporting theService Manager in monitoring supplier activities and takingcorrective action if necessary with a view to continuous service improvement;
? Planning the maintenance and monitoring of the systems to ensure properfunctioning;
? Implementing new infrastructure projects to modernise and improve systems? Collaborating in the implementation and infrastructural qualification activities forchanges and/or new projects.Requirements:
Education:
Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science.Professional Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience, ideally in multinational companies.Core Skills:
o Reliability and flexibility.o Strong aptitude for teamwork.o Excellent proficiency in English (spoken and written).Technical Expertise:
