In collaboration with the Bespoke & MTO Operations Director and in consistency with the quality standards defined by the company's Top Management, you ensure support in identifying and managing suppliers of highly sophisticated processing techniques and/or finished products. WHAT MAKES UP YOUR DAY

• Research, evaluate and validate finished product suppliers ensuring production expertise, timelines, and required quality levels are met;
• In collaboration with the Bespoke & MTO Operations Director, negotiate final prices directly with identified suppliers to ensure the profit margins defined by Top Management;
• Supervise and coordinate the entire external production cycle, liaising with colleagues of the Back Office function on production progress and delivery timelines of the finished garment: to be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from development to warehouse delivery;
• Ensure transparent supplier management in line with the Zegna ethical code and current regulations;
• To be responsible for managing the relationship with suppliers and ensuring compliance with commitments undertaken by suppliers;
• Draft contracts in collaboration with Legal and Procurement offices, ensuring their proper implementation with suppliers;
• Ensure constant updates to internal and external functions within the Bespoke & MTO area regarding deliveries progress and suppliers performances;
• interface with IT and Finance functions for the proper implementation of operational methodologies related to the document management of suppliers;
• Ensure, in collaboration with relevant company functions, that selected suppliers adhere to the Zegna Group Ethical Code and current regulations concerning health, safety, and labor, conducting all required checks during the supplier acquisition process. WHAT MAKES YOU, MAKES OUR TEAM

For this role, we're looking for someone with: Solid understanding of the business context, proven experience in companies operating in the ultra-luxury fashion sector; Knowledge of product development phase, precious raw materials (vicuna, alligator, cashmere), manufacturing processes, and treatments, specifically related to luxury clothing and accessories for all product types (casualwear, knitwear, outerwear); Business context analysis and corporate strategy implementation skills; Business integrity and alignment with corporate values; Strong decision-making abilities; Complex negotiation techniques; High stress management capabilities; Years of experience in a similar role (ultra-luxury craftsmanship context) within companies in the clothing industry. These teams are divided into two areas: textiles and apparel.

Our Marketing & Customer Experience teams ensure that our journey is reflected in every touchpoint, from our campaigns and social media posts to how we delight customers in-store and online. Most of these teams are based at our our global headquarters in Milan. The CRM and Content Brand Marketing teams, however, are present globally.
