In short The world's fastest growing premium sports brand is looking for a Sales Representative, Italy to support building out this exciting new market and accelerate the brand's journey throughout Italy. Revolutionizing performance-driven products, On is taking the global sports footwear, apparel and accessories market by storm on a mission to ignite your spirit through movement.
We are delighted to offer this unique opportunity for a passionate Sales Representative to be one of the first feet on the ground for On's Italy sales team. You will strategically prospect and manage our Performance Specialty and Field accounts throughout Italy to support On's expansion. You will report directly to the Head of Sales, Italy.
Your mission – Strengthening and prioritizing strategic relationships with the most important sport Specialty accounts in the Italian market, focusing on Running as key priority.
– Developing new fields accounts relationships in country, in line with On's global strategy
– Driving sell-in growth, enhancing customer loyalty, boosting sell-out in partnerships with your cross-functional team, and maximizing revenue opportunities.
– Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure deadlines are met and utilizing your industry expertise to ensure the success of On's brand and expansion within the Italian market.
– Leveraging reporting dashboards to make data informed decisions and guide account planning aligned with overall global objectives.
– Staying ahead of the curve on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
– Leading internal and external account discussions. Preparing and delivering sales presentations in a meaningful and engaging way.
– Supporting customer cross-functional teams to foster strong relationships, address concerns and provide exceptional customer service.
– Maintaining all sales related budgets with identified Accounts.
– Bridging global strategy to the local market trends.
Your story – 3-5 yrs experience in a similar sales representative position; preferably within sports and performance apparel, fashion design or premium consumer goods industries.
– A proven track record for relationship building and B2B partner management to strategically prospect, prioritize and strengthen accounts.
– A solid understanding of the sports and performance industry, including consumer preferences, emerging technologies, and market dynamics. You can anticipate consumer trends and opportunities for growth, and act accordingly.
– You have a real motivation towards sustainability, with the desire of producing tangible impact.
– You thrive in collaborative and cross-functional teams. You're adept at collaborating between accounts and internal commercial and cross-functional teams.
– You're a team player always seeking to add value, suggest improvements, and stay ahead of market trends to provide innovative solutions to On's partners. You're not afraid to get stuck-in and hands-on when needed.
– You approach problem solving analytically and in a very structured way analyzing data, interpreting trends, and making data informed decisions. You have good Excel and PowerPoint skills.
– You're self motivated, resourceful and proactive, with the ability to work autonomously to bring to life our teams' commitments with rigor, transparency and discipline.
– You enjoy connecting with customers to present our products, technology and philosophy in an inspiring way and are empowered when presenting to a group
– Fluent Italian and proficiency in English. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
– Willingness to travel, extensively at times, within Italy , and occasionally across Europe. You hold a Type B driving license and are fully comfortable to travel by car for business.
– You should be based in or within close proximity to Milano.

Alongside the Head of Sales Italy, you will be amongst the first team members to join the Italy sales team and be instrumental in positioning On as the #1 premium sports brand in Italy and beyond. You'll support a growing team that is pioneering new ways of strategic account management in this key country for On. The team partners with, supports and develops a variety of accounts across different segments, and has a real impact in growing and strengthening our regional partnerships. You will join an integrated sub regional team to deliver a strong cross-functional way of working that brings the brand to life in the eyes of the consumer.
