Chi stiamo cercandoSiamo alla ricerca di un Sr Software Developer Liferay che prenderà parte alle attività di sviluppo software, in accordo con le best practices aziendali, analizzando e risolvendo problematiche funzionali e tecniche, in modo che le soluzioni aderiscano agli standard qualitativi definiti, nel rispetto dei tempi e del budget previsti.
Che cosa prevede il ruoloProgettare, sviluppare e mantenere applicazioni web basate su Liferay;Personalizzare moduli, portlet e temi Liferay;Integrare Liferay con sistemi esterni tramite API e web services;Analisi e risoluzione di problematiche tecniche ed applicative;Adesione ad alti standard qualitativi nel rispetto dei tempi e del budget previsti;Redazione di documentazione tecnica dei software Siav.Requisiti richiestiDiploma e/o Laurea in Informatica o Ingegneria Informatica, Matematica, Statistica;Conoscenza della piattaforma Liferay, esperienza nello sviluppo di portali web.Esperienza di almeno 3 anni di esperienza nello sviluppo su piattaforma Liferay (versioni DXP o CE);Esperienza nell'utilizzo di strumenti di build come Maven e Gradle;Conoscenza di database relazionali (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) e linguaggi SQL;Capacità di utilizzare web services REST/SOAP;Certificazione Liferay Developer o simile (preferenziale);Attitudine al lavoro in team, disponibilità, spirito di collaborazione, apertura al dialogo ed al confronto;Capacità di attivarsi in modo autonomo, nell'ambito delle proprie responsabilità, senza attendere indicazioni dagli altri;Problem solving e capacità di affrontare con un atteggiamento equilibrato situazioni di lavoro difficili e impegnative, quali elevati carichi di lavoro o scadenze pressanti;Curiosità e propensione all'aggiornamento continuo (con partecipazione a gruppi/seminari su nuove tecnologie).OffriamoPiani di formazione e di crescita professionale personalizzati;Orario flessibile per bilanciare vita privata e lavorativa;Modalità di lavoro ibrida per residenti in aree limitrofe alle sedi Siav, con possibilità di remote working 2 giorni a settimana; si valuta possibilità di full remote per le candidature non residenti nelle aree limitrofe alle sedi Siav;Piani di welfare e convenzioni;Buoni pasto e sale ricreative;Un'azienda che pone la responsabilità sociale d'impresa al centro della propria filosofia aziendale in qualità di Società Benefit;Politiche attive in ambito diversità, inclusione e parità di genere;Team building e iniziative interne (Club del libro, webinar formativi, giornata di volontariato aziendale, e molte altre);Possibilità di part-time e di altre forme di conciliazione vita lavoro;Assunzione con contratto CCNL Commercio, inquadramento e retribuzione commisurati alle reali esperienze e capacità.Ai sensi della normativa vigente l'offerta di lavoro si intende estesa a entrambi i sessi (L. 903/77).
