Mission The ideal candidate will support the administrative process of employment management, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Key Accountabilities Support the administrative employment management process, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.Collection, drafting, and recording of documentation related to the employment relationship (employment contracts, relocations, changes in contractual conditions, etc.).Management of intern enrollments.Manage the personnel database software and the electronic storage of personnel files, ensuring the timely and effective updating of HR databases.Participate in the development of policies and procedures on HR-related issues. Education Bachelor's Degree
Master's Degree in Economics or Law
Qualifications 0-2 years of experience in similar roles.Proficient in Office 365.Fluent in Italian and English.Strong team working skills and detail-oriented.Knowledge of Success Factors software will be a plus.
