Management of Employee Relations includes, but is not limited to, assistance with complex employment policy interpretation, workforce grievances, advice of management on discipline. Work area: Latina and sometime Pratica di Mare Responsabilità The post holder will: ? Supports Labor / Employee Relations Cluster Leader to provide a high level of service to employees, HR Community and Business Leaders. ? Works closely with HR business partners and relevant stakeholders on all employee and labor relations topics. ? Serves as the first line contact to human resources by providing guidance and assistance to employees for policy inquiries and employee related issues. ? Provides employee relations support, including conflict resolution, disciplinary action, and performance improvement counseling. ? Communicates policy updates and changes to HR Council, business and employees.
