Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for the sales of products within the Motion Drive product Division, in line with the division strategy. You will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also identify and develop new sales opportunities. The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid. Main stakeholders are OEMs, Distributors, and End Users. You will be accountable for:
Ensuring efficient sales & marketing activities and communicating value propositions to customers related to Low Voltage Drive, Medium Voltage Drive, System Drive, Motion, PLC, HMI, and Software. Managing sales target volumes and product & solutions mix. Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market and developing new customers. Ensuring your customers an unforgettable professional experience. Analyzing different customers' needs to offer them customized solutions. Communicating to customers about details related to ABB's offering and strategy. Qualifications for the role You have at least 5 years of experience working as a Sales Specialist. You are passionate about sales and have the ability to establish good relationships with customers. Availability to visit customers in the assigned area (Nord Est Area: Friuli-Venezia Giulia), at least 3 days per week. Knowledge of Drive products and experience with the direct market as OEM Machinery and Distributors. Possess enhanced knowledge of Office and Salesforce (plus). Preferred technical diploma/degree in an Engineering field (mechanical/electrotechnical). You are comfortable communicating in Italian and English. What's in it for you?
