We are looking for a qualified Technical Account Manager to oversee and address our customers' technical needs. You will provide accurate technical service, ensuring customer satisfaction.
As a Technical Account Manager, you should be a tech-savvy professional, able to explain technical details and requirements to a non-technical audience. You should also be results-driven and aspire to achieve specific goals.
Ultimately, you should be able to provide technical, product, and business knowledge to support the customer journey and strengthen customer relationships.
What will you do:  Manage accounts to support post-sales processesOversee your accounts for trends and health Value-based account management – make sure our customers enjoy top features. Address all product-related queries on timeEducate customers to use products effectivelyProvide Product/R&D with customers' feedback to help identify potential new features or productsAnalyze customers' needs and build mitigation plans with added features to meet their requirementsEstablish best practicesRequirementsSolid technical background with experience in cybersecurityData-driven with high analytical skillsWith cybersecurity startup experience – a huge advantage. Proven work experience as a Technical Account Manager/Sales Engineer/Product Manager (outbound)/Project Manager - 3+ years of experienceInternational experience with security vendorsAn ability to grasp customers' needs and suggest timely solutionsExcellent verbal and written communication skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
