Per importante società nel gruppo Fintech cerchiamo un IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST.
Riportando al Responsabile del supporto IT sarai responsabile della manutenzione e dell'integrazione dei sistemi aziendali per l'Operation, garantendo il funzionamento quotidiano, la manutenzione e l'ottimizzazione dei processi, dei sistemi e dei dispositivi aziendali.

Responsabilità chiave:

Fornire assistenza tecnica di primo e secondo livello per risolvere problematiche hardware e software;
Monitoraggio e gestione di soluzioni Endpoint (Android, IOS, MacOS);
Configurare, integrare e mantenere la soluzione IAM e il sistema aziendale;
Gestire e ottimizzare la rete aziendale per prestazioni ottimali;
Analisi, ottimizzazione e riprogettazione dei processi di integrazione esistenti;
Analisi delle richieste e pianificazione del progetto per l'integrazione dei sistemi all'interno dell'azienda.

Hai:

Esperienza da 2 a 4 anni in posizioni simili;
Conoscenza delle piattaforme Google Enterprise (preferibili le certificazioni);
Conoscenza di SAAS, IAM, API, 2FA, SAML/oAuth2 il paradigma del pattern API dei microservizi.
Sei:

Orientato al compito, organizzato e in grado di stabilire le priorità;
Risoluzione dei problemi e gestione dei progetti.

Inglese: Comprensione Ottimo
