Universo, Agenzia per il Lavoro, ricerca un* Sustainability Manager per assunzione diretta a tempo indeterminato presso un'azienda cliente specializzata in servizi di Cleaning, Facility Management, Logistica di Magazzino e Trasporti con sede a Fiano Romano .
Si ricerca una figura con comprovata esperienza nella redazione del Bilancio di Sostenibilità, nel calcolo degli indicatori ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) e nella gestione dei processi di valutazione tramite EcoVadis.
La figura sarà responsabile della definizione, implementazione e monitoraggio delle strategie di sostenibilità aziendale, garantendo l'aderenza ai più alti standard normativi e alle best practice di settore.
Responsabilità principali: • Redazione e pubblicazione del Bilancio di Sostenibilità, inclusa la raccolta e l'analisi dei dati provenienti da diverse unità aziendali.
• Gestione del processo di misurazione, calcolo e rendicontazione degli indicatori ESG.
• Coordinamento delle attività di valutazione e miglioramento delle performance di sostenibilità attraverso la piattaforma EcoVadis.
• Sviluppo e implementazione di politiche e strategie di sostenibilità coerenti con gli obiettivi aziendali.
• Monitoraggio e analisi delle normative di settore, garantendo la conformità.
• Promozione di iniziative di sensibilizzazione interna ed esterna sui temi di sostenibilità.
• Interazione con stakeholder interni ed esterni per comunicare i risultati e i progressi in ambito ESG.
• Identificazione di opportunità per migliorare le performance ambientali, sociali e di governance dell'organizzazione.
Orario di lavoro: dal lunedì al venerdì, 9:00 - 18:00 I/le canditati/e ideali sono in possesso di: Laurea triennale in Economia, Ingegneria Ambientale, Scienze Ambientali, o discipline affini.
Esperienza minima di 5 anni in ruoli analoghi, preferibilmente in contesti aziendali strutturati o multinazionali.
Solida esperienza nella redazione del Bilancio di Sostenibilità e gestione degli indicatori ESG.
Conoscenza approfondita dei framework di riferimento (es.
GRI, SASB, TCFD, SDGs) e delle normative di settore.
Esperienza comprovata nella gestione delle valutazioni tramite EcoVadis.
Eccellenti capacità analitiche e organizzative, con attenzione ai dettagli.
Ottime competenze relazionali e di comunicazione, sia scritta che verbale.
Padronanza dell'inglese (livello minimo: C1).
Stipendio e benefit Assunzione diretta full-time a tempo determinato 12 mesi o indeterminato (con 6 mesi di prova) da valutare sulla base delle competenze e del profilo CCNL Logistica e Trasporti, III Liv.
