IL TUO RUOLO
Nell'ottica di rafforzare il nostro team, stiamo cercando uno Site Engineer per un'opportunità in presenza presso una nostra Azienda cliente con sede a Trieste .
Responsabilità Principali
Collaborare con il Site Manager e il team di progetto per garantire che le attività sul sito siano completate secondo le specifiche, i tempi e il budget previsti.
Supportare la gestione del personale sul sito, inclusi tecnici, operai e subappaltatori, contribuendo a garantire un ambiente di lavoro sicuro e produttivo.
Monitorare i progressi del progetto, identificando e segnalando eventuali problemi operativi e collaborando alla loro risoluzione.
Assistere nella lettura e comprensione di disegni tecnici e specifiche di progetto, assicurando l'accuratezza dell'esecuzione dei lavori.
Supportare la gestione delle risorse materiali, inclusi ordini e ricevimento di forniture e attrezzature necessarie per il completamento del progetto.
Redigere e mantenere aggiornati i rapporti di cantiere, inclusi report giornalieri e settimanali.
Facilitare le comunicazioni tra i vari partecipanti al progetto, inclusi clienti, fornitori e la direzione aziendale.
Requisiti
Laurea in Ingegneria (preferibilmente Meccanica, Elettrica o Civile) o esperienza equivalente nel settore impiantistico/civile/logistica.
Esperienza minima di 3 anni nel ruolo di Site Engineer o in una posizione simile all'interno del settore civile/impiantistico/logistica.
Conoscenza delle normative di sicurezza sul lavoro e delle best practice di gestione di cantiere.
Capacità di lettura e comprensione di disegni tecnici e specifiche di progetto.
Buone capacità di leadership e gestione del personale.
Ottime capacità organizzative e di problem-solving.
Forti abilità comunicative, sia scritte che verbali.
Flessibilità e capacità di lavorare sotto pressione e rispettare scadenze rigorose.
