Passion, collaboration and continuous innovation are our key values.We are currently strengthening our team in the Construction area.Occupational profileThe main task of the Technical Sales Proposal is to maximize the volume and the quality of Sales. He/she develop the activities of the Technical Sales Office in team-up with the Area Managers/Foreign Offices and other departments. Other he/she participates in meetings with the clients to contribute to the sales activities.Responsibilities Manage and coordinate design offices ensuring correctness of detail engineeringEnsures regulatory compliance and approval of civil engineering retail by using and coordinating local consultantsParticipate with other disciplines in multidisciplinary project coordination in BIM modeCollaborate with Commercial Technical Office to verify and optimize tender specificationsSet the design by defining structural choices aimed at constructabilityCollaborate with the operation team to define the project schedulingCollaborate with the operation team and the purchasing office in defining tender specifications, supplier selection and subsequent technical managementHe/she is the technical interface for engineering issues with the end customerProvide technical support during the construction and assembly phases.Technical Requirements Knowledge of the concepts and principles of costificationTechnical knowledge of multidisciplinary plant installation in the field of ConstructionTechnical knowledge of Process and Transformation Lines in the steel industry (Plus)Intermediate level English, both written and spoken.Good knowledge of Office package (Excel, Word, Ourlook, Power Point) and Autocad (Plus)Soft Skills Problem solvingProactivityTeam WorkingExcellent organizational skills and work orientation for objectivesAvailability of transfers for site visits, customers and suppliers.Other DAN CONS operates worldwide with own handling and transportation equipment and through specialized and trained people covering a full range of services related to Civil and MEIP (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Piping) installations for industrial plants.#J-18808-Ljbffr
