OverviewThe Revenue Growth Management team is a strategic function which sits centrally in the Nomad business to drive long-term profitable growth: growing NS/KG, expanding the profit pool and our share of it. The role of the Revenue Growth Management team is to identify the optimum way to drive NS/KG, grow the profit pool and Nomad Food's share in it from a selection of RGM levers.
This position is critical to building and executing our RGM plans and driving sustainable NS/K growth across the Southern Europe (SE) Cluster (Italy, Spain and Portugal). Specifically, this role, sitting within the SE leadership team, should establish, align, and deliver the Cluster ambition, approach & strategic roadmap for RGM.

Agile and collaborative leader who actively connects across the organisation challenging and leading the market teams to evolve and clarify their current culture and ways of working.LEAD THE RGM AGENDA ACROSS THE SOUTHERN EUROPE CLUSTER Provide strategic leadership and direction for Southern Europe's RGM initiatives:Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive RGM strategy aligned with Nomad's overall business objectives whilst overseeing the development of pricing, trade spend, and promotional strategies across business unit. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment and integration of RGM strategies. Lead the development of a multiyear PPP (Pack Price Portfolio) optimisation road map that aligns to the MU strategic plan for each MU. Define and quantify Sources of Growth for the BU's annual plans that meet profitable growth targets. Drive continuous improvement in RGM processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Analyse data and extract actionable insights to performance manage and drive business decisions:Leverage data analytics and market research to gain insights into consumer behaviour, market trends, and competitive landscapes to build, monitor and course correct the cluster RGM annual plans. Translate insights into actionable recommendations for pricing, trade spend, mix pack architecture and promotional strategies. Communicate insights effectively to senior leaders and business stakeholders to inform decision-making.LEAD THE CLUSTER RGM TEAM Develop and manage a high-performing RGM team:Build and lead a team with expertise in all RGM levers whilst providing ongoing coaching and development to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Create a collaborative and results-oriented team environment that fosters innovation and growth.RGM THOUGHT LEADERSHIP Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in RGM:Continuously research and evaluate emerging trends and best practices in RGM, Identify and implement innovative RGM strategies to enhance Nomad's competitive advantage. Share knowledge and insights with the RGM team and broader organization to promote continuous learningLEADS ACROSS THE ORGANISATION Builds cross-functional partnerships. collaborate and partner on priorities that contribute to the wider Nomad Foods agenda. Become key member of the Nomad RGM leadership team playing an active part in driving the Nomad RGM agenda. Builds trust and creates the conditions to enable direct and cross functional teams to deliver strong performance and work together effectively. Builds diverse, effective teams reflective of the markets we operate in.QualificationsExperienced commercial finance leader within commercial/FMCG business environmentDemonstrative experience in developing strong Business partnering relationshipsDemonstrative experience in Commercial environments
