Siamo alla ricerca di un HR & Office Assistant da inserire con iniziale contratto di stage presso la nostra sede di Milano, in zona Porta Romana.
Dettagli Il ruolo prevede un percorso formativo fianco a fianco con l'HR Manager e con l'Amministratore Delegato, supportando operativamente il team e occupandosi di attività organizzative e di compliance.
Nello specifico ti occuperai di:
- Fornire il necessario supporto amministrativo, per esempio gestendo e inoltrando alle persone di riferimento le PEC aziendali e occupandosi di gestire l'archivio (sia cartaceo sia digitale); - Occuparsi di rifornire il materiale d'ufficio (es: cancelleria, consumabili, etc); - Supportare il team HR nel percorso di onboarding dei nuovi colleghi e della rete commerciale, occupandosi inizialmente di attività di data entry e successivamente partecipando in maniera più attiva all'intero percorso; - Interfacciarsi direttamente con l'Amministratore Delegato per la gestione dell'agenda e supportarlo nell'organizzazione di riunioni e trasferte; - Presenziare a riunioni strategiche con l'Amministratore Delegato per attività di supporto nella stesura della reportistica delle riunioni; - Partecipare a diversi progetti interdipartimentali con il compito di monitorare e coordinare le varie deadline, interfacciandosi con diverse figure aziendali. Requisiti:
- Diploma di maturità - conoscenza del pacchetto Office (in particolare Microsoft Excel)- naturale predisposizione alle relazioni ed al teamworking - approccio dinamico al lavoro - preferibile interesse verso il settore dell'energia e delle rinnovabili
