Field Technical Engineer CRM - VenetoThe primary focus is to attend implants, follow-ups, and support issues related to high and low voltage stimulation devices.
Provide technical support and assistance nationwide to the sales force and physicians during implants and follow-ups.Conduct product presentations and training sessions for customers on product usage.Support physicians during the enrollment and follow-up phases of clinical studies.Assist Regional Sales Managers, FTE Coordinator, and Clinical Department with additional tasks and projects.Adopt a proactive, solution-oriented approach to customer interactions.Communicate feedback and information on supported implants/procedures promptly.Perform booth duty as required.Ensure compliance with all Abbott Quality Procedures.ReportingProduce concise market and competitor reports for the Sales Force, FTE Coordinator, and Regional Sales Managers.Provide marketing with information on competitors' devices.Minimum RequirementsDegree in Engineering or a related field.Proficiency in English and Italian, both written and verbal.Good knowledge of MS Office.Preferably 1-2 years of experience in similar technical support roles.Strong interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a team.Initiative and proactive problem-solving skills.Ability to handle stress and work under pressure.GeographyFocus on the Nordest region, particularly Veneto. Willingness to fully relocate to this area is required.
