• Implementation and monitoring of performance appraisal systems, and assist in identifying training and development needs.
• Respond to questions, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company and Human Resources programs, policies and guidelines • Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees • Assists management in Occupational Health and Safety meetings and practices • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management, tracking HR metrics and KPIs to support decision-makingYou can learn more about our company: #• Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration • Minimum 5 years' experience as HR Manager • Experience in HR in hospitality (ideally in restaurants) • Good knowledge of the Italian labour law • Fluent in Italian and English • Experience working with international companies.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
