Il tuo nuovo ruolo
Ti inserirai in una squadra di oltre 13 persone, lavorando in micro-team strutturati per agevolare il carico di lavoro e la collaborazione tra colleghi, ti occuperai di:Gestione di un pacchetto clienti per l'elaborazione dei cedolini e relativi adempimenti fiscali e contributiviGestione degli adempimenti annuali concernenti la gestione del personale dipendente (modelli CUD - Modello 770 - Autoliquidazione INAIL - F24) e degli adempimenti periodici (Modello Uniemens)Gestione di pratiche di assunzione, trasformazione e cessazione dei rapporti di lavoroElaborazione comunicazioni online con centri per l'impiego, istituti ed enti di previdenzaPrima consulenza al cliente Di cosa hai bisogno per aver successo
Esperienza pregressa nell'elaborazione delle paghe tra i 5 ed i 10 anni, preferibilmente presso studi professionali strutturati o società di outsourcing. Conoscenza dei principali CCNL e conoscenza degli aspetti fiscali delle paghe.Completano il profilo una buona padronanza dei sistemi informatici, precisione, ottime capacità di comunicazione.
