Sales Associate Full Time (Temporary) - Tommy Hilfiger Pop Up - Rinascente Torino

The Team The Team inside the store collectively strives to create a seamless and enjoyable experience for customers. The team works together to uphold the store's reputation, achieve sales targets, and create a positive environment that reflects the values of PVH. Each member contributes uniquely to the team's success, ensuring that the store remains a destination of choice for customers seeking quality products and outstanding service.

The Position Reporting directly to the Area Manager, the Sales Associate will be responsible for being a Brand Ambassador, accompanying and building customer loyalty throughout the sales process. We are looking for someone for September and October.

These are the main responsibilities:

Manage the relationship with an international customer base, providing details about PVH Italia's product and values
Use effective sales techniques so as to achieve set goals
Promote the corporate culture and image by becoming a Brand Ambassador
Contribute to creating a professional and motivating work climate
Assist in the constant maintenance of Visual Merchandising standards
Check stock on the sales floor, replacing it when necessary to ensure that the full range of products and sizes are present
The Ideal Candidate Previous experience in the role in retail settings
Dynamism and strong operational and organizational skills
Excellent standing and polished presence
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Willingness to work shifts, especially on weekends
