In our global community of people from 100+ countries, we listen to each other, actively contribute and grow together.Join us in our exciting quest to build the future homeAll about the role:Within the Group Procurement Organization, a global function with more than 500 team members with a truly global reach, the Purchasing Data Analyst has the key responsibility of supporting the team to maintain a competitive and high performing portfolio of suppliers.Our mission is to ensure the award of businesses to the best suppliers fulfilling the targets of cost, quality and flexibility.We operate in all the World regions with a panel of international suppliers engaging them with our internal business partners as: R&D, Quality, Manufacturing & Engineering, Product Line, Finance and all the functions involved projects by projects.We rely on building strong cooperation.
We focus on innovation, quality and development of long-term relationships with our strategic suppliers.

This position will provide excellent growth experience with significant and highly visible value creation responsibilities.What you'll do:Reporting to the Procurement Director of Metal Transformation, you will be responsible for:Diving data research, analytics, and management of direct material categories.First evaluation and screening of offers from suppliersSupporting Procurement Project Managers in running follow up on ongoing projectsRunning internal and external analysis (industry & supplier) as a member of a cross-functional sourcing team.Supporting RFQ-Request For Quotation and other strategic sourcing activities.Evaluating and proposing actions and initiatives around simplification, cost reduction and speed to market.Who you are:Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, Mathematics, Management Information Systems or other related diciplinesAbility to work with key stakeholders in a global set-upData-driven approach and ability to work with big amount of info and inputsResults-oriented and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skillsGood organizational skills with the ability to meet goals and deliver results effectively.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications – Expert in Microsoft Excel preferredDigital mindset, with the ability to manage large data sets, and convert it to actionable informationFluent in EnglishWhere you'll be:You'll be based in an international context either in Europe (preferred Susegana) or in Asia (preferred Shanghai)Benefits include:Flexible work hours/hybrid work environmentDiscounts on our award-winning Electrolux products and servicesExtensive learning opportunities and flexible career path at local and global levelA modern, vibrant and people centric corporate cultureAs part of the Electrolux Group, we will continuously invest in you and your development.
