We are looking for an Implementation Manager to join our EWC (Ecolab Water for Climate).
Responsibilities: Prepares the implementation schedule based on the provided roadmap with a detailed description of activities (by week), timelines, internal and external resources, and equipment installation.Prepares and communicates the quarterly projects overview which are connected to the performance-based fees.Leads and coordinates the projects agreed for that quarter.Is responsible for the timely implementation of the agreed projects.Manages the necessary support by the brewery on time.Communicates on a weekly basis to the Ecolab contract manager the progress of the projects.Reports progress of projects to brewery management on a monthly basis.Is responsible for sign-off of projects.Raises issues on time and participates in exploring possible solutions.Documents delays and root causes timely and precisely.Asks for timely help in case of conflicts, progress blockers, etc.Supports the regional CAM team with invoicing of the agreed fees.Be available to answer questions over the projects by the brewery at first contact.Able to explain the principles of the agreement to external stakeholders. Minimum Requirements: At least 2 years' experience in project management preferably in the brewing-beverage industry (or similar).Technical education like chemical or mechanical engineering, food technology, MBA or similar.Able to speak and report in English.Affinity with food processing and quality management.Clear communicator (written and verbally) to internal and external (brewery) stakeholders at different levels (shop floor, experts, brewery management).Works in a structured way and reports in a transparent manner.Able to manage and coordinate activities done by brewery employees.Delivers results on time in full.Understand Ecolab value proposition for industrial customers.Able to explain in a compact and transparent way to our external and internal stakeholders, the benefits and value of the offered Ecolab solutions.Knows how to get the right information from other experts and from the commercial team.Can work under time pressure.
