Group Service Director

La persona, alle dirette dipendenze del Marketing & Revenue Officer, avrà la responsabilità di garantire il raggiungimento dei risultati aziendali per tutte le aree dedicate al servizio al Cliente.
Alla figura riporteranno il responsabile dell'area Service (comprensivo di Assistenza Tintometrica, Assistenza colorimetrica, gestione reclami), Technical Assistance (dedicata al mercato Italia e focalizzata principalmente sul brand San Marco, con focus sul mondo dei cantieri) e Technical support and Training (dedicata al mercato Italia ed estero).
Il/La Service Director dovrà garantire che gli obiettivi aziendali siano tradotti in strategie che assicurino un ottimale orientamento al cliente, supportando i Manager a proprio riporto nel declinarli in piani d'azione per le loro aree di riferimento.
La figura inoltre sarà di supporto interno per le attività commerciali legate al canale Contract, fornendo pareri e suggerimenti tecnici in merito ai progetti di sviluppo del Business.
Sarà inoltre di riferimento per la partecipazione a tavoli tecnici, anche relativi a certificazioni da ottenere; potrà essere coinvolto durante in convegni tecnici per rappresentare San Marco Group.
Alla persona verrà richiesto di lavorare sull'internalizzazione dell'area Service, per rendere attivi anche all'estero servizi che oggi sono prevalentemente dedicati al Mercato Italia, ed in generale potenziare l'approccio internazionale dei servizi già rivolti al supporto verso l'estero.
Requisiti Percorso di studio in ambito chimico e/o ingegneria
Precedente esperienza in aziende strutturate e internazionali nel settore chimico
Forte conoscenza del settore pitture per l'edilizia e/o materiali per l'edilizia e dei suoi prodotti
Comprovata esperienza e credibilità sul Mercato
Conoscenza della lingua inglese fluente
