FINANCE MANAGER - Nuova apertura a Cortina D'Ampezzo Cortina d'Ampezzo Siamo alla ricerca di un/a Finance Manager qualificat* e motivat* da aggiungere al nostro team
Risponderai al Finance Director del Gruppo Egnazia Ospitalità Italiana e: Gestirai e supervisionerai tutte le operazioni finanziarie del nostro hotel.
Preparerai bilanci, report finanziari e analisi delle performance economiche.
Coordinerai il team finance, garantendo che tutto funzioni senza intoppi e con un sorriso.
Collaborerai con altri dipartimenti per pianificare e monitorare i budget, ottimizzando i costi senza sacrificare la qualità.
Assicurerai la conformità alle normative fiscali e legali, mantenendo il nostro hotel in perfetta regola.
Analizzerai le tendenze finanziarie e fornirai raccomandazioni strategiche per migliorare la nostra efficienza e redditività.
Ti occuperai della gestione del cash flow.
Chi cerchiamo: Hai esperienza come Finance Manager o in un ruolo simile, preferibilmente nel settore dell'ospitalità.
Conosci a fondo l'operatività del settore.
Sei un/a leader naturale con eccellenti capacità di gestione del personale.
Ami analizzare dati e hai un'attenzione maniacale per i dettagli.
Sai lavorare in modo indipendente e gestire più compiti contemporaneamente senza perdere il sorriso.
Conosci le normative fiscali e legali relative alla gestione finanziaria.
Parli bene l'italiano e l'inglese; la conoscenza di altre lingue è un plus.
