KERING EYEWEAR Accounting and Credit Senior Project ManagerDescription Your opportunityWe are currently seeking for an Accounting and Credit Senior Project Manager for our Finance team based in our HQ, Padua.How you will contributeDevelop and oversee finance and accounting integration projects being accountable for making suitable plans, technology improvements, and handling finance-related activitiesPerform several duties during the project lifecycle, including data gathering and analysis, cash flow monitoring and reporting, tax compliance, and working with staff members in Finance departments to complete projects according to business needs and internal and external deadlinesBeing responsible and accountable for delivering projects on-time, and meeting functional and quality specificationsFacilitate meetings to address open questions or drive to consensusParticipate in overall Project Management process providing finance advise and tutoring to the project team.Ensure Project compliance with international accounting standards and regulations across all international locationsCoordinate with international finance teams to streamline accounting processes and facilitate efficient cross-border financial operationsProvide guidance and support to international finance teams regarding complex accounting issues, financial transactions, and regulatory changesConduct regular reviews of international financial systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changesStay updated with international accounting standards and regulatory changes to ensure the organization's compliance with all relevant laws and regulationsWho you areBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldsAt least 5/7 years extensive experience in international accounting, preferably in a managerial role, overseeing global accounting operationsAn auditing and/or project operational background would be an advantageExcellent balance of financial expertise and organization skills, as well as ability to set schedules and drive team member performanceIn-depth knowledge of international accounting standards such as IFRS and GAAP, as well as familiarity with international tax regulationsStrong understanding of cross-border financial transactions, foreign currency transactions, and international transfer pricingProficiency in utilizing international accounting software and SAP systems; experience with global financial reporting systems is a plusAbility to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic international business environment and manage multiple priorities effectivelyProficiency in EnglishWhy work with us This is an excellent opportunity to join the Kering adventure in a moment of extraordinary growth and become part of a thriving team in a global Luxury group that offers endless possibilities to learn and grow. Talent development is a managerial principle at Kering and we are committed to fostering internal mobility.
