Reporting to the Trade Marketing Manager, the Trade Marketing Specialist will support the implementation of the Parfums Christian Dior's trade marketing plan in Italy.
RESPONSIBILITIES Secure the optimal Trade Marketing in-store execution in key cities and Top Clients (National Chains, Regional and Groups)
Management of the Trade Marketing plans on assigned client portfolio (National Chains, Regional and Groups)
Development of trade marketing strategies for retailers to enhance brand image and achieve commercial objectives
Definition and implementation of retailers' animations and development of special projects
Coordination of internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure effectiveness in projects delivery
Collaboration with the Digital team to accelerate the omnichannel strategy development process
Management of retailers' marketing budget and conduction of ROI analysis
Manage sellout contests, trade incentives and trade animations for National and Regional Chains in collaboration with Commercial and Marketing Department
Optimization of the budget for every client to maximize sell-out results in collaboration with commercial department (in particular National Key Account) and Trade Marketing Manager
Collaboration with Trade marketing Manager to optimize local budget (Hostess, Events and Pos material)
REQUIREMENTS Background in Business Administration or in Marketing Management
Strong experience in trade marketing or commercial role in luxury retail is required
Creative and innovative approach
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Commercial awareness and business acumen
Fluent in English, other languages are a plus.
