The Trade Marketing team is responsible for accelerating the marketing experience for our Clients. The goal is to "make the dream come true" for all activations.
The Role
You will be responsible for constructing brand trade plans in partnership with the Trade Marketing Manager. This involves driving, creating and enhancing relationships with key partners. You will also collaborate with different teams, being the spokesperson for the brands with all internal and external stakeholders.
Key Performance Areas
- Develop and maintain day-by-day relationships with retailers to adapt marketing strategies according to brand strategy and client ad hoc instruments;
- Supervise the production and supplying of Trade materials;
- Analyze Trade activities to define and implement corrective actions;
- Collaborate with Sales and Visual Merchandising teams, working closely with agencies and suppliers.
Requirements
- University degree in Marketing or Equivalent;
- At least 3 years Marketing experience in a retail / cosmetics or luxury goods company;
- Passion about beauty world;
- Expertise with working on multiple projects simultaneously, with great attention to retro planning to respect time to market;
- Fluency in English and Italian.
