Job Title: On Premise Trade Marketing Specialist

Red Bull is seeking a highly skilled On Premise Trade Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing initiatives that drive brand awareness and consumption in the On Premise channel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing activation strategies for On Premise distributors, focusing on insights and segment marketing plans.
  • Uncover important On Premise trends and opportunities, and develop creative marketing solutions by segment.
  • Develop activation plans and toolkits for selected key customers to drive distribution and volume.
  • Initiate and execute initiatives and concepts that increase share of mind with industry stakeholders, including distributors, sales force, staff, decision makers, owners, and influencers.
  • Support acquisition and growth of new distributors, and continue to push the boundaries with existing ones.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in Trade Marketing, with a proven track record working with brands across marketing and insight functions.
  • Knowledge of the On Premise industry and distributors is required.
  • Ability to analyze complex trends and connect the dots between multifaceted disciplines.
  • Solid understanding of sales processes and high-level negotiation with Key Accounts.
  • Demonstrate exceptional planning, project management, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills, with management of different stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, innovative, solution-oriented mindset, self-directed, do-it-now attitude, flexible, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Travel 40-50%.
