On Premise Trade Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled On Premise Trade Marketing Specialist to join our team at Red Bull. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing initiatives that drive brand awareness and consumption in the On Premise channel.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute marketing activation strategies for On Premise distributors, focusing on insights and segment marketing plans.
- Monitor image standards and ensure that our brand premium values are consistently represented.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to create impactful Joint Business Plans (JBP's) and drive distribution and volume growth.
- Enable field teams by rolling out and implementing our marketing strategy and initiatives.
- Close collaboration with On Premise stakeholders to support the creation of action plans and boost the 'pay for performance' program.
- At least 3 years of experience in Trade Marketing, with a proven track record working with brands across marketing and insight functions.
- Knowledge of the On Premise industry and distributors is required.
- Ability to analyze complex trends and connect the dots between multifaceted disciplines.
- Solid understanding of sales processes and high-level negotiation with Key Accounts.
- Demonstrate exceptional planning, project management, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to manage different stakeholders.
