Ottime capacità di comunicazione scritta e verbale.
Esperienza pregressa in un ambiente di startup come Founder/Co-founder.
Esperienza su prodotti digitali, preferibilmente SaaS.
Capitale finanziario.
Un team di esperti (tech, marketing, strategia, finanza, risorse umane, commerciale, legale).
Ufficio al The Student Hotel con piscina, palestra e caffè oltre alla birra del Venerdì sera.
Metodo Open Team: Tutte le idee per essere realizzate hanno bisogno di un team.
Per questo, una volta identificato un progetto, affianchiamo un co-founder, che farà da CEO, un "party leader" in grado di guidare un gruppo tra specialisti, partner ed investitori i più funzionali allo sviluppo del primo prototipo, coinvolgendo il numero maggiore di potenziali clienti, così da validare la startup dal punto di vista manageriale, commerciale e di seed funding.
L'investimento del co-fondatore è principalmente in termini di tempo, energia e competenza.
Il capitale finanziario che sostiene la startup proviene da investitori esistenti e nuovi, e il co-fondatore giocherà sicuramente un ruolo centrale nell'attività di raccolta fondi.
Trovandoti in un ambiente flessibile e in rapida evoluzione, giocherai un ruolo fondamentale nel prendere scelte strategiche e sentirai subito l'impatto di queste scelte, avendo l'opportunità di partecipare attivamente al successo delle nostre startup e al raggiungimento della nostra missione.
