Booking coordinator wanted for a rapidly growing holiday nanny platform, covering many European destinations. This is a fantastic opportunity to become a part of a vibrant, young team of talented professionals, in an exciting startup expanding within many areas of the childcare and tourism industry.

The role is a work from home role with regular co-working and meetings with team members.

Starting from 20 hours a week during the training period - hours increasing to 30 hours per week upon finishing training, ready for the busy spring/ summer season.

The right applicant should be self-motivated, a great communicator, with fantastic customer service skills and an enthusiasm for learning new skills.

Preferably with previous experience in childcare so you can understand the needs of the customers and qualities and skills needed for different opportunities to assign them accordingly.

Any experience within customer service or bookings also appreciated and ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Looking for someone who is looking to grow within a company, learn new skills and develop personally.

Offering a permanent contract if successfully completing the trial period.

Fluent English is essential, Italian, Spanish or French as additional languages valued as we deal with International clients.

Contratto di lavoro: Part-time
