Mission The resource will report to the Sales Manager and work closely with other company departments. The regional sales manager will be responsible for achieving the company's commercial objectives in the assigned area. Responsibilities Cooperate with the head office sales officer to implement the business strategyPlan actions to be implemented in the market to achieve assigned sales targetsProvide ideas for marketing communications for targeted commercial operationsVisit customers and prospects to create and develop new sales opportunitiesConsolidate and expand the network of contacts with customers;Working with other RSMs to create synergies and collaborations to increase salesCollect and share internal information from the marketReporting regularly to the Sales Manager and/or VP of Sales about sales activitiesTaking part in professional development activities provided for in the company's training plans Requirements Previous experience of three years in product and/or service salesUniversity degree or DiplomaSpirit of initiativeAbility to analyze strategic and customer development aspectsExcellent knowledge of both written and spoken EnglishExcellent knowledge of MicrosoftAvailability to travelAbility to manage timeAbility to work as a teamExcellent communication skillsNegotiation skills
