Project Admin Support
We have an opportunity for a Apprenticeship who will be trained in 24 months as Project Admin Support for our Honeywell Building Automation (BA) division in Padova .
This role is part of our University Relations program, designed to help students and recent graduates launch their careers with hands-on experience, mentorship, and opportunities for growth within Honeywell.
Your responsibilities:
Support Project Managers with project related activities in SAP and other systems, in getting all required documentation and approvals for executing the project and in preparing all required documentation for invoicing Pass the invoicing request to relevant back-office team in the Hub for processing Manage material delivery follow-up as per the project priorities Work with subcontractors for activity coordination as per PM indications Create and coordinate Requisitions and Purchase Orders Must have:
You are under 29 Previous experience in a similar role (administrative assistant, project management support etc.) Computer literate (Microsoft operating system, Outlook and Office suite) Knowledge of SAP system as a plus Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Ability to follow business processes and tasks, to organize multi-task and prioritize based on impact and importance Good communication, both verbal and written Knowledge of writing and spoken English & Italian What We Offer You
