**Stiamo cercando un/a Country Logistics Coordinator per i nostri Ospedali e Centri Sanitari in AFGHANISTAN.
**La figura ricercata farà base a Kabul ed effettuerà trasferte periodiche verso gli altri Centri nel Paese, sulla base delle necessità e priorità riscontrate.
**
Il Country Logistics Coordinator (CLC) coordina e supervisiona l'attività logística di tutti gli Ospedali e Centri Sanitari di EMERGENCY nel Paese, in coordinamento con l'Hospital Coordinator, il Country Director ed il Desk Logistico del Field Operations Department (FOD).
Il CLC svolge un ruolo di coordinamento ed armonizzazione delle attività in capo ai Dipartimenti Logistici dei singoli progetti, intercettandone i bisogni in termini di supporto e formazione dello staff ivi presente.
Il CLC risponde direttamente al Country Director e funzionalmente al Desk Logistico del FOD.
Si interfaccia regolarmente con le diverse figure di coordinamento sul field e gli altri Desk del FOD per i diversi ambiti di competenza.
**PRINCIPALI COMPITI E RESPONSABILITÀ**
In particolare, il Country Logistics Coordinator ha il compito di:
- Pianificare, coordinare e monitorare la Supply Chain a livello Paese, assicurando efficienti flussi di lavoro per ciò che attiene alle spedizioni, ai magazzini e alla sicurezza delle operazioni;
- Curare la stesura e la standardizzazione dei protocolli logistici e monitorarne la loro omogenea implementazione all'interno dei singoli progetti;
- Gestire la movimentazione di persone e materiali in country;
- Verificare e garantire la corretta applicazione delle procedure d'acquisto, in linea con le richieste dei donors e le linee guida dell'Organizzazione, in collaborazione con il Dipartimento Amministrativo;
- Verificare gli standard procedurali e materiali raggiunti dai logisti in country;
- Coadiuvare il Country Director al fine di garantire il rispetto delle norme di safety e sicurezza;
- Coordinarsi con il Manutentore Paese nel definire i passaggi e le modalità più efficienti per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi comuni di lavoro;
- Definire ed implementare, in accordo con il Desk Logistico, un piano formativo di capacity building ed empowerment rivolto allo staff locale (attraverso corsi professionalizzanti, training on the job, simulazioni etc.)
e valutare l'efficacia e i progressi conseguiti producendo una reportistica da condividere con il Desk Logistico FOD;
- Garantire un'adeguata formazione dei nuovi logisti attraverso l'affiancamento e il supporto sul campo (training on the job) e, se necessario, assicurare la copertura della posizione durante le ferie/periodi d'assenza dei singoli con lo scopo di analizzare, correggere e migliorare l'attività in essere;
- Adoperarsi nella ricerca di materiale didattico e modalità di formazione che rispondano ai fabbisogni riscontrati;
- Analizzare lo stato di avanzamento dei piani di lavoro in diversi ambiti e condividere le informazioni con il Country Director e il Desk Logistico FOD;
- Collaborare con il Country Director e l'HQ in Italia alla redazione del budget annuale del progetto ed al suo monitoraggio;
- Collaborare con il Dipartimento HR alla valutazione delle performance dello staff funzionale alla definizione di percorsi di crescita delle risorse del proprio dipartimento e delineare insieme al Country Director le necessità di staff planning sia in termini qualitativi che quantitativi.
**REQUISITI SPECIFICI**
- Laurea in Logistica & Supply Chain Management o titolo equivalente (Ingegneria gestionale o Economia aziendale o Scienze politiche);
- Minimo 3 anni di esperienza in un ruolo di coordinamento analogo, maturata in contesti organizzativi profit o non profit;
- preferibile Master in Logistica in ambito di cooperazione internazionale (o simili);
- buona capacità di gestire e coordinare team numerosi;
- conoscenza della lingua inglese fluente (livello minimo richiesto C1 - Scala EU);
- pregressa esperienza sul field come logista e/o coordinatore logistico costituisce un plus;
- Metodo, organizzazione e ottima capacità di pianificare il lavoro;
- Spiccate capacità analitiche e di risoluzione dei problemi pratici.
