**Posizione**:
Per il _Centro di Competenza_ **ServiceNow**, del settore _Digital Solution_, siamo alla ricerca di un/una **Solution Consultant.**
Attività:
- Configurare e manutenere uno o più componenti (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM e HR) della soluzione ServiceNow
- Realizzare i requisiti richiesti dai Clienti utilizzando le Best Practices e gli standard proposti dal fornitore della soluzione
- Valutare e proporre nuove funzionalità e percorsi di evoluzione della piattaforma ai Clienti
- Collaborare con il Project Manager per garantire il successo del progetto in termini di qualità, costi e tempi
È garantita:
- La partecipazione a percorsi di formazione e ai test di certificazione sulla suite di prodotto e sull'ambito funzionale di riferimento
- La possibilità di collaborare in un team dinamico, affiatato e collaborativo
**Requisiti**:
- Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria o Scienze dell'informazione
- Esperienza di almeno 3 anni nella realizzazione di progetti in uno degli ambiti di cui sopra, utilizzando prodotti diversi da ServiceNow
- Esperienza di almeno 1 anno di attività di configurazione/implementazione di ServiceNow; sono gradite esperienze di integrazione di ServiceNow con altre soluzioni tecnologiche
- Superato la certificazione ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
- Acquisito la certificazione ServiceNow Implementation Specialist in almeno uno dei componenti della soluzione di cui sopra
- Ottenuto la certificazione ITIL Foundation in IT Service Management
- Esperienza nell'utilizzo di XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, ecc.
- Una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
- L'attitudine a lavorare in gruppo ed a fornire soluzioni ai problemi tecnici durante l'esecuzione delle attività progettuali

Inquadramento commisurato in base all'effettiva esperienza.
**Costituirà requisito preferenziale l'appartenenza alle categorie protette ( Legge L.68/99 )
