Descrizione del posto vacante Per nostro cliente operante nel settore Retail che ha l'obiettivo di diventare una Digital Retail Company entro il 2026, stiamo ricercando il Chief Data Officer. Il CDO riporterà al Chief Digital Officer e sarà responsabile della governance e gestione dei dati (Data Strategy e Governance, Data Visualization e Data Analytics).
Principali Responsabilità Definire e guidare la Data Governance: Definire la strategia dati in collaborazione con il CDO di Gruppo per massimizzare il valore realizzato dalla generazione, acquisizione e monetizzazione dei dati; Guidare l'adoption di una governance dei dati finalizzata a migliorare la qualità dei dati, strutturando policies e tools; Coordinare progetti trasversali su temi chiave con alto impatto sul business; Definire e guidare una Data Culture Strategy: Evangelizzare l'organizzazione sul tema dei dati, creando consapevolezza e conoscenza rispetto a comportamenti e strumenti basati sui dati; Accompagnare il processo di trasformazione verso una data driven company guidando lo sviluppo di training e programmi di formazione specifici. Profilo 10-15 anni di esperienza in aziende e/o in società di consulenza (con esperienza nel settore retail idealmente) su argomenti Data Analytics; Comprovata cultura ed esperienza nella gestione di temi di Data analytics/use case; Senso del business e conoscenza delle sfide del retail rappresentano un plus; Project Management; Capacità di gestire la complessità e la trasformazione; Background di ingegneria o business school. Offerta di lavoro: €150.000 per anno
