MACHINE MAINTENANCE OPERATOR – CICLO CONTINUO 3X5
PRINCIPALI ATTIVITÀ
A diretto riporto del Machine Maintenance Coordinator , si occuperà di:
Eseguire i cambi formato sulle macchine di produzione in accordo alle disposizioni ricevute, secondo le istruzioni operative in vigore ed in accordo al programma. Effettuare l'avvio delle macchine di produzione e la messa a punto per assicurarne il corretto funzionamento durante tutto il ciclo produttivo. Eseguire le riparazioni che si rendono necessarie durante il ciclo produttivo o il cambio formato, informando il responsabile. Compilare la documentazione farmaceutica (Log Book e Batch Records ) relativamente alle attività di competenza. Assistere i fornitori negli interventi sulle Macchine di Produzione, recependo le direttive impartite dal diretto superiore. Riferire al Packaging Line Leader o, in sua assenza, al Supervisor , oltre che al Coordinator , le eventuali anomalie meccaniche riscontrate. Segnala l'utilizzo di ricambi a seguito di attività di manutenzione (Reattiva o Preventiva) e comunica la richiesta di reintegro al Preventive & Predictive Machine Maintenance Operator ed al Coordinator . REQUISITI
Diploma in discipline tecniche. Conoscenza scolastica della lingua inglese. Utilizzo strumenti informatici (Posta Elettronica, Pacchetto Office e Internet). SEDE DI LAVORO
