MISSIONS RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and map an understanding of the typical buying decision process and buyer's journey map.
Contribute to the definition of differentiated and impactful Value Propositions for targeted market or offer segments.
Work with PLMs to articulate core messaging components for an offering in support of tangible differentiation.
Map the relevant part of the BL's product services portfolio to the needs of the segment's customers.
Define the BL or Segment marketing action plan, including well-defined marketing objectives and action KPIs.
Contribute to effective content development in support of sales.
Execute promotional activities as described by the BL or Segment marketing plan.
Align and coordinate with Sales, Segment Marketing, and Country/Account Marketing Managers.
Track and share campaign results and lessons learned with stakeholders.
Look for relevant best practices and innovations to adjust the BL or Segment Marketing Action Plan.
DECISIONS OWNED / KEY DELIVERABLES BL or Segment marketing action plan.
Buyer's journey map and key personas.
Manage campaign deliveries.
Ensure consistent Brand Approach.
KEY INTERACTIONS BL Head of Strat Mktg SAM / KAM, Sales Teams BL PLMs Segment Marketing Digital Content Marketing, Communication Competitive Market Intelligence Account Marketing SKILLS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Ability to write a messaging map and a content brief.
Overall campaign management (targeting, building, launching reporting).
Strong communication skills.
Creative, dynamic, and autonomous.
Curiosity and method to understand the target market.
KPIs Market or Value share on targeted segments.
Individual campaign success based on campaign KPIs.
