Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Compliance Expert to join our team at Grimaldi Alliance. As a key member of our competition law practice, you will provide guidance on compliance with national and EU competition laws, assisting clients in navigating complex regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective compliance strategies to mitigate risks associated with cartels, abuse of dominance, and merger control.
  • Collaborate with clients to deliver tailored legal advice, helping them understand and comply with competition law regulations.
  • Assist in handling investigations and proceedings before national and EU authorities, ensuring robust representation of clients.

Requirements:

  • Qualified lawyers with a strong academic background, preferably with a focus on competition law.
  • Significant experience in antitrust, merger control, or related regulatory matters.
  • Excellent analytical and research skills, with the ability to address complex legal issues independently and as part of a team.
