We are seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager to join our team at Worldline. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of regulatory policies applicable to payment institutions, as well as prior experience in compliance and risk management within consulting firms, banking institutions, or similar organizations.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Ensuring the company's business practices comply with specific regulations, resolving compliance issues that may arise, and staying up-to-date with regulatory changes.
  2. Providing assistance and advice to impacted structures on the implementation of regulations applicable to the Company.
  3. Creating and implementing organizational policies, standards, and procedures to comply with applicable regulations.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

In addition to the above responsibilities, the Regulatory Compliance Manager will participate in regulatory compliance projects, investigate and resolve any regulatory compliance concerns that arise, and provide training and education programs to employees to create overall compliance.
