Stiamo selezionando un* SALES SPECIALIST per un'importante azienda leader nella commercializzazione di attrezzature di riparazione di veicoli industriali.

Grazie alla sua esperienza trentennale, l'azienda ha oggi l'esclusività del mercato italiano per la quasi totalità dei marchi distribuiti.

Descrizione dell'attività:

La Persona inserita avrà la responsabilità di:

• Gestire e sviluppare il pacchetto clienti assegnato, consolidando e fidelizzando i clienti acquisiti sul territorio affidato;

• Organizzare visite in loco da clienti già acquisiti e prospect con il supporto del tecnico di riferimento;

• Analizzare il mercato e identificare nuove opportunità di business per massimizzare il potenziale e ampliare la presenza sul territorio assegnato;

• Svolgere attività di scouting creando nuove opportunità di contatto;

• Garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita elaborando e strutturando la reportistica in merito all'andamento delle vendite.

Requisiti richiesti:

• Diploma o laurea.

• Esperienza pregressa dai 3 ai 5 anni maturata nella vendita. Preferibile la provenienza dai settori automotive, ricambi e/o attrezzature.

• Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.

• Ottima conoscenza del Pacchetto Office.

• Spiccata predisposizione alla vendita, proattività e dinamismo;

• Ottime doti relazionali e di negoziazione, orientamento all'obiettivo e attitudine all'apprendimento

L'azienda offre:

• Contratto di assunzione, Ral 35/45k €+ MBO, Ticket Restaurant, Auto Aziendale ad uso lavorativo.

• Possibilità di crescita professionale.
