I mercati e i clienti di riferimento sono l'aerospazio, navale, ferroviario, automotive e industrial.

La persona sarà responsabile della realizzazione (progettazione e/o approvvigionamento turn-key) di Macchine ed Attrezzature in supporto al ciclo produttivo e logistico aziendale. Nello specifico le attività e le responsabilità saranno le seguenti:

Identificare e promuovere soluzioni tecniche innovative che possano condurre ad una riduzione dei costi di produzione e di manutenzione ed a migliorare la qualità del prodotto;
Coordinare il processo di concept, sviluppo e costruzione di tutte le Attrezzature, Macchine e Sistemi speciali necessari per la realizzazione della produzione di nuovi prodotti;

Le soluzioni tecniche innovative potranno afferire a:
stazioni di lavoro manuali, sistemi di saldatura, sistemi di taglio, forni di asciugatura e sinterizzazione, sistemi di prova tenuta; Garantire la qualità e l'efficienza di tutti i sistemi produttivi da realizzare nonché la corrispondenza ai requisiti di sicurezza, ergonomia, funzionalità richiesti;
Garantire il supporto per l'installazione, messa in funzione e utilizzo del Sistema-Macchina-Attrezzatura realizzata;
Supervisione, scouting ed omologazione di nuovi fornitori esterni per macchine e sistemi di produzione chiavi in mano.
Requisiti:

- Diploma Indirizzo Tecnico e/o Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica;

- Almeno 5 anni di esperienza nello sviluppo di attività di ingegneria finalizzati alla realizzazione di macchine e sistemi di produzione;

- Famigliarità con i processi di fabbricazione;

- Buone conoscenze di metallurgia ed in generale di ingegneria dei materiali;

- Conoscenza dei sistemi CAD 2D e 3D, dei sistemi gestionali PLM ed ERP;

- Conoscenza del disegno meccanico, direttiva macchine, marcatura CE;

- Nozioni di progettazione fluidica, elettrica, software ed architetture di rete sono considerate un plus;

- Ottima conoscenza dei principali pacchetti applicativi MS-Office;

- Organizzazione e concretezza, buoni skills di time management e project management;

- Buone doti di comunicazione.
